If he was just slapping the chair for no reason, and she started singing. She would die, without honor.

I gotta have your back here.Having watched the behind the scenes stuff on the dvds, turns out the artistic consultant (can’t remember name – which is why I am a trekkie and not a trekker) did a lot of traveling in asia, particularly Japan, and based a lot of klingon architecture, traditions, ideas of honor, and weaponry on that which he saw, and historical samurai stuff.. Ferengi is based on a middle eastern word for westerner – they are the greedy capitalistic Americans. :)

Actually, the Cardassians are Star Trek British, and the Bejorans Star Trek Irish.

Puq’lod actually literally means “son of”. For example woriv mogh puq’lod (Worf, son of Mogh).

I still have that CD ROM. Too bad it doesn’t work for anything higher than Windows 98.

and also they also got the ideas for Klingons based on ancient cultures from Japan and Greece like the Samurai and the Spartans

All races are based on several cultures, races and nations. You can’t say something like Cardassians are German and Bajorans are Jewish (lots of morons believe this crap), that’s simply not true. They don’t copy our history, they base the story on parts of it.

This is so awesome it’s almost embarassing. Klingons ALWAYS kick ass, even at singing.

Pray tell how am I alledgly forgetting Hiroshima, and Nagasaki?

You don’t think Christians did these acts of horror? It was in fact the Illuminati/cfr/freemason president Harry S Truman.

Japan was ready to surrender even before Hiroshima bombing, but Truman refused. They needed to test the Bomb, and make a human sacrifice to their god yahbullon.

And Nagasaki was the only Christian city in Japan, and they wanted to get rid of the Christians in Japan.

Very true! Just because someone else is bad or worse, doesn’t make you good. You still remain just as bad as you were before.

What’s important, how do you get rid of your own sin? How do you personally become a better person?

personally i don’t believe in sins. religion and science are two fields that cannot exist without each other. whatever you do is forgiven, forgotten and you can make it again and be forgiven again. it’s an infinite loop that works pretty good for both parts
